My friends had long dividers on series II heads but I made my own out of a 3_8 steel bar. It attached to the front bottom of the short divider and then went out about a foot and turned back toward the divider. Then there was a long sweeping loop going forward again and eventually coming back to the top of the divider. I sold that head and have since lost track of it so I cant send a picture, but if you use a little imagination, you can figure out what to do. The objective is to divide the crop so it doesnt tangle in the ends of the reel. I also removed the reel tines that are outside the outside spider. The newer heads dont have them anyway.
