I am located in central Minnesota but I guess it doesnt matter where it is at because we have a trailer to haul combines with.

The high plains journal should have plenty of offers, too. Ask the JD dealers. They have to move iron this spring since JD terminated the dealer floor plan for used equipment. Prices for used equipment should take a dive again.

I have went through Abiliene, KS; Anthony, KS; and York, NE in the pat week and all of the JD Deelers lot's were just full of combines. In Abilene I counted 14 machines, by far the most I have ever seen there. I would expect that there will start to be a great deal of pressure to move these as we get closer to Wheat Harvest.

Be sure to check one over before buying. alot of 9600's have been trade in right before they need major repairs. nothing wrong with 9600's, just that alot of farmers saved money lately by trading instead of fixing. same with any brand. We have an 9600 and have had to repair alot of the grain handling housings (returns and clean) if you can weld or have duct tape you can get an extra year or two out of the sheet metal.
