If it is really soft try Griptrac.com . Mudhogs will help you some but will leave fields rutted terribly. The tracks bolt on quickly and will keep you on top. Most users can resell their tracks for most of their cost. Also the rear end of the 1660's are light enough that weight must be added for mud hogs to work good. Been there done that!

Are you looking for a combine or just the 4wd axleIJ

Just the 4 wheel drive. We already have the combine.

I would consider larger tires instead of 4WD. We ran 30.5's on the front and 18.4-26's on the rear with 4WD. When it got muddy you could leave a pretty good rut, but why damage the field like thatIJ We put oversized tires on the front and rear, and now we can run over softer ground in 2WD than we could plow through in 4WD. If the machine falls through you back out and find something dryer. Nothing short of tracks is going to be able to run at that point. I'm not sure the 2WD axle on your machine is strong enough for large rear tires, so for starters I would just put big tires on the front. You will be amazed at the difference. Do you need to stay inside of 6 rows or can you go widerIJ We have the Michelin 1050_50R32.

Four rows is a killer. I'm not sure what will fit inside four rows with your machine, but if you have 30.5's now, I guess they are dished inIJ Going to a radial tire always helps in mud. Actually, it helps more thay what you would think. The 35.5-32 is quit a bit more tire and you could do that by just splitting your rims and making them 4" wider with a steel band. Do you have 5" to spare on each sideIJ
