I had a 98 R-62 with a Cummins,260 horse and fairly easy on fuel. Went to a 2001 with electronic Cummins,a strong 285 horsepower but very thirsty for fuel. With a 25 foot table I would recomend lateral tilt,98 or newer(better system),high wire grate, extended bars. A 6 row head will not even phase this machine. If you do any hillsides the 62 will really be alot better than the M.Had a M-3 before I got a 62 and when you laid the combine to the left you had to creep on hills.
