Marvin seems to have some kind of filter on his email which seems to have blacklisted me and anything from my domain name. I have seen posts describing a similar problem so in my experience you are best to phone or fax.

Also, I have received e-mails from you when you use your friend's e-mail service. There is no "blacklist" operating on my service.
