Combines M2 Chopper in corn

Have you dropped the belt and felt the bearingsIJ Are they smoothIJ Have you felt of the bearings right after runningIJ Are the hotIJ They should be warm to touch, but you should be able to leave your hand on it. Worn and rounded off knives in the chopper can cause undo stress on things. They would tend to "thump" the material instead of cutting through it. Just some thoughts..... OKFarmer

we make a heavier-thicker bottom to replace the oem bottom when they break out ....cut welds on sides and replace bottom . e mail me if u need one

Corn special machines had a rubber curtain at the very rear wall to prevent tin from getting bent up and a deflector that caused cobs to fall in front of chopper. Might want to check that out.
