The used R60 I bought a couple of years ago had a vibration that most guys wouldnt even notice but I didnt like. After tracing the source to the fan, I bought a used digital scale for a couple hundred bucks and weighed each fan blade. The average weight was about 2 lbs if I remember correctly with the difference between high and low being roughly 1 lb. This wouldnt bother anything if equal weight blades were opposite each other, but they werent. I do remember that newer blades were the light ones. Obviously I dont know whether your fan needs balancing, but if it is as bad as mine, it could be the source of your blade breakage. Tom in MN
