You definitely have a problem of some sort. I have a M2 and can do 3.5 mph in 50-60bpa soybeans with no sweat and not even detecting any loss. I would check your chaffer what style do you have, check how far you have it open. I decided to go with a 3_8 round hole bean sieve this year verses the adjustable sieve. I can say enough good things about it even with weeds all in the beans it produces the cleanest sample I've seen in beans. I would try stopping the machine while combining, just shut it off and see if your sieve is overloaded or your not getting enough air. As far as that cookie sheet goes I was under the impression that you only wanted to use that in small grains such as wheat. Check to make sure your fan belt or pulleys aren't worn out.
