We demoed a macdon flex 30' and were very disappointed. We were doing peas which were flat on the fground . Several problems the lifters we used hit the reel tines and broke and there was no way that we could install them to avoid hitting. Broke a large number of the tines in a few acres. It seemed to dig in the dirt easier that our Honeybee and was really complicated to set. It also was less user friendly that our Honeybee. I would sure give them some time before I would buy one. The design engineer did not want guage wheels so the float is different. Am looking for a 30' or36' Honeybee with CIH adapter.
