davey: Yes a IH_Case adapter will work. There are some shields and maybe the pto hookup that is different, just give Macdon a call. They will give you the skinny, they have always been willing to help me with any questions I've asked them. Good luck Neil

I dont think MCD built an adapter for you MF combine. Give the HB head a look. They have adapters to fit your machine. Email me if you want more info.
