I put one of these on my 2188. Once in a great while it is useful, but I'd say most of the time there is little enough return that it does not even light up the first block. I guess it depends on what crop you're harvesting and whether you anticipate running heavy returns. As to the 60 series question, swtvid, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that. This unit is available for 2100 series combines and newer, provided they have the right A-post. If the A-post is too ancient it will need to be updated as well. 16** and older combines are not retrofittable.

So it is available for the 2166, do you know the part n for the tube and sender that attaches to the return elevator. Thanks Dee (swtvid)

This package can be installed on 1996 and 1997 2166 combines w_serial n 180613 and above for standard instrumentation and 180700 and above for deluxe instrumentation. Prior to these serial numbers you'll need a chip n 255517A1. On the standard instrumentation without header height display you'll also need n123715A1 header height display kit. The kit n in 2001 literature is 255373A1. The completing package for the 66 is n 255374A1. HTH

Yes it can. You have to get the Auger and Sensor kit from CIH and Agtron Enterprises (www.agtron.com)has a display unit for the cab. I have a TR99 I was able to successfully install it with some modifications. Pete

I think you can get the wear plate with the backing plate seperate from the sensor itself.
