Now keep in mind that I am a bit biased because I now own and have only owned MF combines. I've run other brand machines and all will do a good job as long as you have the machine set correctly. But in my experience the Masseys have always put out a cleaner grain sample. We have used MF 510's for a long time on our farm. We still have one for a backup machine. The 510 is a wonderful older machine. Just last harvest our old 510 cut about a third of our soybeans while my other machine was down for repairs.

510 will do as well as any. Pull up the rear of the concave almost to the max. Run the cyl 4-500. Might want to use blanks over the front couple of openings on the concave if the beans are still not coming out, and I just happen to have some. GS
