Our neighbor has one and it has been problematic. It always seem like some $10 brake part breaks and causes problems. But it is fuel effeint like most massey's.
I've had one that I bought a couple of years ago and I really like it. If I had one complaint it is if you are going to do heavy work with it make sure that you have plenty of weights on the front it does seem a little light. It has plenty of power though and it really does good on fuel.
