Silver Shoes the strow chopper mounting frame and back sheld come off first, then the rotor drive motor, cover on upper side of planetary mounting frame, bolts on front of rotor bearing housing and bolts on rear planetary mounting frame. Then slide 2 boards under rotor, bring concave up to hold rotor on board and slide it out, I think it weights about 2000 pound. Takes about 4 hour 2 people.
