The corn position on the reel mode switch disables the reel drive valve and rescales the header height display. This is due to different geometry between the corn head and grain heads. The display is still a relative number. A 4 is higher above the ground than a 3. You can leave the reel drive switch in the manual mode and then use the reel speed pot to control the speed of the bubble up auger. Do not use the auto reel to ground position. Do you have AHHC on your corn head. If so then you most likely just need to do a ground cal to reset the header height display and let the heqader controller learn the value of the height sensor pot on the head.
