I'm from Regina Saskatchewan we get our parts from Fyfe Parts in Regina. They have pickup belts for melroe pickups. The plastic teeth are aparently better. We will find out in a couple of weeks. Fyfe parts is also located in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Edmonton Albeta, and Winnipeg Manitoba. Toll Free number in Regina is 1-800-667-9871. And if you are in the US i think they have a few customers there as well.

If you go for the jobber belts refered below, make sure they have the V belt in the middle of the belt.(You'll see what I mean when you remove one of your original belts) I bought a set from Peavy Mart in Canada without this V belt and they don't work without.

Thanks again guys. The parts list I have through a local dealer lists a complete belt with metal teeth at 279.00, and I need all six of them. Thats why I want to go looking for other sources!! Thanks!! DAB

DAB Were your belts the aluminum type with steel teeth or were they rubber with steelIJ Reason I'm asking is that if you had aluminum belts you will need a "conversion kit" (you can make it yourself) to go to the rubber belts. I purchased mine thru Fyfe and had to do this since my originals were aluminum. -FHB

Mine are rubber with steel teeth. I think to save money, I'm going to go with the rubber belts with plastic teeth. Thanks again! DAB

I believe that you might get parts through Bush Hog if they are still available. I think that after all the sales of these small line dealers that Bush Hog is the last company to acquire Melroe along with Clark, lilliston, and Ingersoll-Rand.
