Our chain came from the factory. The slats are as wide as the feeder house and bolt on to four seperate manchester chains. I believe the slats were cut by a guy from Salina. I believe they have a serious problem with the feeder house feeding and this has somewhat remedied the problem. I can say for the most part our 8010 has performed pretty well over the last week or so. We are cutting about 4400 bu an hour at 19 moisture corn. The machine was saying about 90 percent while we were doing this. We turned our control pressure up to about 340 cold and it hasn't even thought about giving us a problem since. We turned it up after the CASE guys left and kept turning it up till it didn't give us any errors. I think this 8010 is going to be a heck of a machine. They just needed to do a little more R and D and it would of been great. We have two cat 765's I'd wish they would of done some more research on the door latch and air conditioner too.
