I have been operating and '89 model 8460 for 4 years and I think they are a very weld built machine with minimal problems. PS: If you find out about another sale with an 8460 on it let me no!!! You did well.

looks like a MF 8460 is still less than half price of a JD 9600. A good buy compared to the JDIJ We are looking at replacing two MF 850's with one machine and the MF 8460 price is attractive. We straight cut wheat, barley , and peas in West Central Saskatchewan
