I have a microwave in the break room at work that keeps getting wet inside. At first I thought the employees were overfilling their dishes and not cleaning it up, but they swear that's not the case. What else could it be?
Have you tested it yourself? Maybe the fan is blocked, so it's unable to remove the hot air. Maybe your employees really are making a mess and failing to clean it up. I'd test it first.
This happened to me once. The seal had worn down over time, which allowed condensation to build up inside. Microwaves are pretty inexpensive. I'd go ahead and replace it.
Yeah, I'm probably making a mountain out of a molehill. Since the pandemic hit though, I've been more careful about business expenditures. The shop is doing great, but sometimes it's hard to reign that instinct in.
