last night a slow moving storm dropped alot of hail south of Grand Island and somewhere between 8-12" of rain in the GI area. I have worked in this area for over 30 years and have never seen this much water everywhere. lots of fields underwater of course and possibly more storms tonight. There was snow in western Nebraska also last night.

We have finally gotten some much needed rain in Western Illinois. Up until last weekend, we had not gotten much over .3" since March. Got .6" on Sunday and another 1" yesterday. Sounds like we will be getting more before the weekend. Hopefully not 8-12" though!

Here in ND we are finally getting some rain. In the NW corner where I live we are actually getting snow. Didnt look good for moisture this time last week, sure has changed. For the better.

Here in central Mn. we needed this rain, have not had much since the frost went out. Wish it would warm up I thought all the tree huggers said we are in global warming so much for that! Case told me to day that all the updates on my 8010 would be done and back here by 7_15_05 but they dont even know where it is going to go yet. I am starting to get nervous they have lyed to me before.

near omaha 5-8" common around here this week we don't need the rain this time of year.

I'm located in West TN. We still have plenty of moisture in the ground but it wouldn't hurt to get a rain to get our preemerge activated. only had 4 tenths in the last 2 weeks. we've had perfect planting conditions
