There must be something wrong with it. I can get over 16 mph with my 6620 t2 with mudhog locked in. Check the oil level. Somethings not right.

My boss had the same problem with the plastic bushings on his '88 6620SH TII. He had me replace them along with the ball and socket joint where the cable connects to the hydro (they tend to get a little worn after 5500 hours) and she was back to running 17+ mph.

Is an 8820 TII's linkage set up the same wayIJ The max I can get out of mine is 15.7 mph @ 2310 RPM....
