So you have header feeding well. Maybe even 7" flighting. Is feeder floor flatened and tilted to prevent posibly snarling up the strawIJ Do you have hump fastened on rock door to promote best feed between chain and cylinderIJ Have you transitioned any helicals to prevent second pass over concave and that would include a filler over top left corner of feeder that does not interupt flow from feederIJ Are you running all forward cylinder bars or sweeps or some other make of rotorIJ Do you have high wide wire seperator grate or a low narrow that has been transformed to high wide wireIJ I would be sure that extended cylinder bars would be part of your hyperizing but something else hear might not have been. Are you running a chopper on slow or a discharge beater with knotched blades outwardIJ I know of a guy with 65 with hyd spreader and he programs spreader to run at 50RPM to make a nice wide straw windrow.
