Combines motor wanted

you might try salvage yards like abilene machine, they could have a rebuilt one on hand that will have a warranty, or you could pull one from a skeleton. truth be told you will save money buying one that runs at an auction, but you might have trouble finding the right machine, good look and be willing to travel

jlm, I have a 1981 TR-75 for sale that has a completely rebuilt ford motor and hydro (200 hrs. ago),new 28l-26 tires, new elevators and cross augers, cab int. etc. for $5700 if you or anybody else might be interested. It runs and works great, can e-mail pics.

jlm, the combine is in great shape, w_ right at 3000hrs. It has a 16ft. bean head, auto height and long dividers. The only problem might be is we're in east central Missouri. I'll still e-mail some pictures. Wyoming might not be too far!, I had a guy from New York interested in it!
