See your Gleaner dealer regarding modified components available. Ask to see the Promo 248 (Combine Re-new) catalogue. These parts are made by Sunnybrook (mod concaves, enclosed rotors etc.)

Doc, Piggy back helicals with 1_4 or 3_8 flat iron and make sure you install the green stem kit and piggy back them. The green stem kit adds a few helicals on the thresher side and hooks up three rows of helicals nicely with thresher side. Install four paddle discharge on end of rotor. Get rid of reverse bars and set up high low bars on seperator side per hyper boys. look into a seperator grate per hyper boys if you have rotor loss or maybe just try removing a couple of rows of helicals on the belly. Now Doc please tell me what you have done. Thanks. Dan
