dont know if they are still availabe but have 3 scare eyes in my drive shed and the birds stay out even in the summer when we leave the door open . they are beachball shaped inflatable with a bulls eye with a foil dot in the center. the are made to mimic a owls eye

I shoot mine with a .22 rifle... use the .22 bird shot and its like a mini shotgun that wont peirce the tin if ur about 10 feet away from it
