As a general rule the newer the better. The feed floors and clutches need to be kept in good shape. On the front feed clutch a lot of slipping will wear off the back of the hub and cause it to slip easily. Check the pulley behind the main drive that drives the rotor,if it is worn to the point that the double belt is bottoming out in the grooves it will slip and cause a lot of warnings to go off in the cab.These two problems were probably the most elusive to find for us.
