Wiley, Have seen this many times in the past and have taken the lugs off the lH end and then using a torch(making sure everything inside has been wet down with water)cut flanges off from outside.Install new bearings with flanges on outside of machine. The bearings were put on the way yours where for convience of installation at factory. This saves the time and hassle of removing acc. rolls to replace bearings. Hyper Harvest II
