Seen cracked belts go a very long time buuuut. Slow up cylinder all the way then pry top set of sheaves apart. With belt super loose slip it off bottom set of sheaves. Now spin it out of top sheaves. Put new belt onto top set of sheave and pry sheaves apart. When belt has sliped down deep into sheaves roll it onto bottom set of sheaves. Be sure to roll machines over by hand until belt comes back up snug. Only a few minute job. Good luck
