Must be bearing that supports PTO shaft is very out. Don't think pump would freeze up (never seen that) and then work again for an hour. No belt is off is itIJ Some talk a few days ago on aligning pump but don't think even that could take out rubbers in an hour. Take a good look at bearing that supports shaft if you havn't allready. Good luck
