3 guys helps. take the cage covers off so you can see in there to make sure it is lined up. sometimes u need to wiggle the gearbox shaft by moving the belt. we would have one guy standing in the back of a pickup pushing, one looking at the shaft and rotor splines and one guy with a bar stuck in thru the grease hole to lift it which ever way it needs to go.
