Aussie, Is the light associated at all with the amount of material coming in. If so you may have a sliping drive belt. Unhook the chain for sweep and spin idler sprocket to see it is quite and smooth. Adjust senser to just clear the sprocker teeth. If light is very erradic then engage and speed up the machine then open fuze door and wiggle the white harness plugs then pull module out and wiggle that plug to try pin point a loose or poor connection. It could be sensor and you could switch it with another sensor to eliminate that possibillity. Modules are available as rebuilt or may be sent in to be repaired. Good luck. Dan
