Pete, you might want to check your safety switch on the auger. Make sure the swith is fully engaged on that little ramp. The sounds you are describing sound like that switch is about junk, but check for sure. hope thats all it is! good luck finishing up Gleaner mechanic

The reason I did not think that the switch is bad is I can hear the motor pull down a little like when the unloading auger is in auto and is sitting in the craddle after it goes back the motor pulls down a little until the timer turns the solenoid off shutting off the the hydraulic pressure to the cylinder. If the switch were bad or not being activated by that ramp I wouldn't think that the solenoid would be trying to send oil to the actuator, it almost seems like I have some crap in either the solenoid or in the cylinder blocking the oil flow. I will check out that switch, it should be putting out 12 volts rightIJ Pete

Pete, Definitely check the switch on the swivel. When you roll the auger out and hit the rocker switch, the engine will pull down because the master solenoid is being energized at the same time auger "on" solenoid is supposed to be energized if switch on swivel is set correctly. Give it a try and let us know if it don't work. Hyper Harvest II P.S. Yes,you should have 12 volts going through switch.

Dave, Thanks for the info about the master solenoid guess I need to look at the electrical schematics for the hydraulics to be able to troubleshoot better.
