is your bottom seive in the bottom holeIJ mine was in the top and i was having this same problem august wieser rosholt, sd

Could it be you need to close chaffer a bit to chase these pieces off. Could be sticks are getting threw and sieve is sending a great number back threw tailings (espesially if you don't have tailing return to cylinder) eventially spearing enough to start the pluggingIJIJIJIJ I would say some spearing and cleaning would be normal but not a pain in the neck to much.

Thanks for the advice. I always happens in the same spot. I do have tailings auger. I happens more in beans than wheat. I will try closing the chaffer off more this coming season.
