Just 2 comments: 1) Use a good front-end loader with a tilting bucket. Put the bucket under the front lip of the feeder house and run a couple of stout chains from the top of the bucket or the loader frame itself to the cross member inside the feeder house. Try to back up the tractor straight on a level surface to reduce alignment problems when reinstalling. You might want to place some heavy wood timbers in the bucket before attaching so you still have access to work on the countershaft if necessary. 2) Drill out the grease fitting holes in the pivot blocks to a larger thread size so they dont plug with dirt. 3) I also had a machine shop mill a wider grease groove in the pivot blocks to prevent plugging from dirt buildup.
