Sounds like you have worn pins and bushings on the main clutch. Spray some penetrating oil or some spray graphite on the pins and bushings and if noise goes away you'll probably need to replace at least the pins and if the pins have an extreme amount of wear you may need to replace both discs and pins. If we have a machine with a lot of wear on both pins and bushings we will re-align main clutchshaft. Aftermarket clutch discs are available. Hyper Harvest II
