GlEANER2DND, This is one place on all N-Series that is lacking. Most of the N-Series run a square spreader pan.Something that works for us in corn_soybean country is to replace the square pan with a 28" diameter round 16ga. galvanized.Rubber paddles need to be stiffer and the 2-ply sidewall from a Toyota tire works well, but be careful as small wires can be sharp. Also as these wear they get a natural cup to them. Now the part that makes it work.Remove the four bolts in the bottom bearing mount.Pull lower bearing support and shaft back until front holes in support line up with back hole in mount and reinstall bolts.Drill two new holes in combine mount and reinstall other two bolts.loosen upper bearing flanges so bearing can center itself. Also, you will have to trim about half of each ear of sensing collar so it will clear flanges. Good luck, Hyper Harvest II
