You can harvest your corn up to 22% moisture content for natural air drying. The recommended air flow rate for an area from Wisconsin towards Kansas is 1.25 cfm_bu. And with the fan you have, corn at 18' deep, you'll only be getting 1.1 cfm_bu, so with 20' it'll be even less. The lower the M.C. of the corn when you harvest the better. You can dry your corn with your setup, just keep an eye on it to make sure it won't spoil before it has dried down. And make sure the humidity isn't too high, preferred for NA drying is around 65%.
