I think right side as well. I would think 3 to 4" would make a difference. Support for left side of baffle should recessed toward motor 3 or 4" to help prevent any straw that gets back there from hanging into left side restricting flow. Maybe you can open up front floor forward to open up discharge to the point you would help prevent any bridging.
