Found myself in a similar situation several years ago as the 715 was getting worn and was wanting a rotary for the grain saving benfits.looked at 1420 40 and 60's and on the advice of a neighbor bought a 1460 that finally surfaced and was in real good shape.Am really happy with it and yes you can run 4x38 head and do alright but it is a bit of a tight fit so you will have to have the ladder up and hope the planter didn't sqeeze the end rows.
