Had ours out this fall to replace the bearings. There is a quarter inch allen head set screw in each sprocket to lock them in place on the shaft. When these are loosened the sprockets should be free and slide easily off the shaft as you pull it out of the machine. Will have to remove the outer end bearing of course.
