You might think about going with the new solid shaft with no torque limiter if doing sprockets also. Beings you need the limiter also I think you will find it some amount cheaper . If you go with solid shaft you may want to get heavier rear floor if you get any bowing going on without the clutch. The heavy floor for 65-75 will fit right in. I'm sure I've got any which way you want to go but I'd hope you'ld be running by the time you got my parts. Good luck

we are doing AlOT better feeding in our 5'tall green stem beans.sure dont think 1 thing only is the answer as you already no. reel placement is critical'even with orbit reel, coupled with your feed floor we have several smiling in ohio.1foot tall grass in drounded out areas with 1'tall beans are still a challenge with paddle tines from hart carter a big help. Dan your feed floor is the biggest help down the pike in a long time, increased capacity in corn as well.i have testimonials if you need them.they just cant figure out where all that stuff goes!!!

Sounds good. I think enough guys at Gleaner know about floor mod so they will likely give it high priority soon. If I recorded all the testimonials and sent to Gleaner it could overwelm their system. Only time they don't notice a great improvement with feeding is when they have overlooked something like loose belt, worn clutches (back one also very important),and or loose back chain. This does not cure a header that is not set up to feed well but it will help let slugs go threw much better. I was wondering in corn if the double panel front feed and hump removed from rear got rid of the pounding drum noise found in some conditions of cornIJ
