Combines Need to fix auger on flex head

there is a company that makes patches or plates, call kuns eq.in arthur Il. 1-800-500-5846. Ask for allen. This plate is welded in onto the tube. You need a very very good stick welder or a mig welder would be nice. it is easyest to take the figers out and the cam shaft thing too. Good luck. PPl need to check these things too. ours broke last fall, put a new auger on it. Ran 300 acres, and is craked already. Hope this patch works

Got it fixed. Cut big hole in auger and welded a new plate in to patch broken hole by a very good welder. Then welded patch back on auger .Hope it lasts.
