FYI It is my understanding that M3 And l3 units will work thru yours and R40 and R50. I bought one out of an l3 and put it in my M2. The gleaner rear ends are really tough and durable. Dont go older than one that is on a three series. double check the tube size where it slides in the combine. Before you buy a used one, take a grease gun with you, pump it in top and bottoms on the joints at the hubs, if it goes in that is a good sign it has been maintained, if not that is a sign that it is dry and could have severe wear, take that into consideration for replacement parts etc. I bought mine with good tires from Cook salvage in Mo. for 4000.00 with all hose and fittings 5 yrs ago. I checked into a new Gilcrest, at that time it was 9500.00 Funny thing, we had the driest fall after putting the unit on, nice problem to have huh..... Good luck
