Thats exactly what they are,Massey combines painted yellow.A 8780XP will run with those combines and these new ones will definitely out thrash them.

CAT did NOT sell the lexion line to Agco. CAT sold its share in the lexion back to Claas. The lexion and challanger combines will never be anything alike and I would really like to see them run up against each other, the lexion would outperform in every way.

In my book, affordability parallels a combines productivity. Having to compromise on any one of the three: ground speed, performance and grain quality means to me that I am not getting what I paid for. lexion combines are the only combines capable of harvesting all crops in all conditions and ensure quality.

To all, don't underestimate the Challenger combine. This design has silently been awing people for years. With the improvements in the new design, a 660 will compete very well with the 2388s, 9650s, R65s, etc. in class 6. As for the 670, it's a solid class 7 and will be impressive against the 9750s, CNH class 7s, and even lexion 470. This is a combine that is extremely easy to run, set, and operate across a wide variety of crops and conditions with amazing grain quality. Fewer parts and components directly correlates to greater simplicity and grain quality. The lexion is impressive, particularly in its ability to perform both in Europe and here; the Challenger is a North American combine, and one which should prove itself quite well among all competitive brand owners.

I know absoulutely nothing about either model,am I right in saying the Massey is Cummins poweredIJ if so I would willing to bet that the Cat powered Challenger will be harder on fuel!!

The Cat will use more fuel than an equal rated CumminsIJ
