No, that new combine talk forum has not been down at all. I haven't had any problem getting on here, either, though this one was down for a couple of days 2-3 weeks ago. A month ago, I could get on every page here but the CIH one.

Must just be something about my computer. No problems on any site but that one and it only started about last Saturday. Weird. We'll get this thread deleted for not talking about combines anyway.

Why does that site make you register to just read postsIJ They must have changed it in the last week. I went to it about 10 days ago and was able to read posts without registering. Now it tells me I have to register to do anything. tj

Tj, only about a week ago, a lot of new members started coming over there by the droves. In just the past week, membership has TRIPlED! No, you don't have to register again, but you do have to log-in. logging in is Alex's way of keeping riff-raff from posting. He's had to delete some posts recently due to personal attacks. He may have baned the posters, too. It's a great forum and should only be viewed as a companion for this one, not a competitor or replacement. I still like both forums, but Marvin needs to upgrade this one. Apparently some functions are no longer working making it impossible for new membrs to register, post pics, etc. I can understand some failrs based on old programs, but it sure does not look good for Marvin to ignore e-mails and posts asking for help here, too.
