Big Al, That must be something to see! A few things come to mind about that many combines, maybe they are selling very good or every dealer wants some on his lotIJ They are going to sell the CR's around the world so that may not be to many if you spread them out around the globeIJ Could be that they will make New Hollands for a time and then the CIH red ones for a year or so. That 400 combines may be a couple of years worth of combinesIJ Or maybe they have faith in the new combines and the farm economy and hope that this year will be betterIJ We farmers do that all the time, don't weIJ Ilnh

I heard that NH is building 475 of the new combines and if they get sold it represents about 12% of the 2003 market.I know that there are very few left that arent't spoken for by dealers or are already sold. I do know that the service and operator training is a 3 day session at GI in May for us summer harvest people

I wish, but I am renting a CR940 from a friend of mine in Ne. for the summer harvest. It was mfg'd april17th. and will be serviced during the 3 day school at GI in mid May. I am excited about it especially snce we have lots of wheat to harvest out west. I'm buying a used (456 hrs)TR-99 with all the bubble-up auger improvements in Ne. also to use this summer and take back to Il. this fall for our SB-corn harvest.

We have offers from NH harvest support to help us keep things going, so it should be an interesting and fun summer. Come on out we'll be at clearwater, ks, lincoln, ks, Burlington Co, and maybe chadron or alliance Ne. if the have wheat. Would like to start earlier in Texas, but they are grazing out because of threat of Carnal Blunt.Give us a call @ 815-341-5101 or call harvest support they will know where we are.Don Wilken
