Combines New Holland 1500

Not a bad combine for when it was produced. Pick a few parts and compare prices. At one time they were noticable higher for the older conventional NH's. Ex the ffeder house chain for a TR 70 was $150 lower than the same part for the NH 1400 I had. Interestingly, the TR chain fit in my 1400. Of course that is what I bought. I assume the European source was more expensive. How much do you intend to harvestIJ

I see on Ebay you can at least buy a Operators manual for this combine. Go to Ebay.com then Farm....then New Holland Hope that helps

We have had one for 12 or 13 years now, and it has been one of the best combines we have ever owned. With the cat diesel, the engine should last forever. A big engine (636 cuin) putting out about 130-140 hp will last longer than the rest of the machine. They have very large sieves relative to their threshing capacity.
