Combines new powercast tailboard

Ran one last year and it does not chop. It spreads very well. The hydralic motor speed adjusts from cab also.

the powercast tailboard ONlY replaces the fins normally used to spread the trash. the chopper is still there and does the same job. the power cast tailboard is for farmers that need to spread trash from 30-50 feet.
