Yes the sprayer cab and the combine are very close in my oppion the red sprayers have the best and most roomy cabs on the market. I wont get in to price for you can check with a dealer. To many Case people read this and I have traded my 500s off. I just would have liked a few more cosmetic changes. It is very simalar to like when they went 91 series to 92 series to 93 series lots of changes inside that were good. I would have liked for them to put a new skirt on a old woman.

lOl I understand but if something is still best in class i don't think change it and well....im not sure how you could..as far as the cabs go I sure hope i like there sprayers....im ready to try it... its just going to be very different for me

Do you know if they have fixed the hose routing problems in the pivot area as my 01 and 05 STX 275's both had hyd. hoses wear holes in them in less than 400 hrs. Will the transmission shift smoother now, on a grain cart and planter it's not much fun. Our 06-2388 has came in it's going to be to see what the added HP does.

Boy I am glad to see that I was not the only one who has had issues with the STX, They finally got my old trade in moved, new owner has already called once wondering about it. And yes I would say I spent enough on oil and hoses no longer than I owned mine. The hoses sure looked cracked on the outside like they used alot of old surplus hose or something when they made it, it was definitely aged... if you know what I mean.
