the local dealer had about 4 30' heads with cracked augers last summer. One was torn almost all the way around and looked like it did some significant damage to the platform. They said it was something inherant to the 30'ers. Probably said that since they were trying to sell me a 25'er. If just the 30' heads were having problems, you would think HN would have some sort of update....
